The Challenge
Remodeling is stressful for homeowners: unclear scopes, prices that are hard to compare, and contractors who are difficult to vet. Contractors face the opposite problem, spending time on leads that never turn into real jobs.
Remodel Experts needed a platform that served both sides: a clear, trustworthy journey for homeowners, and a steady flow of serious, well-defined projects for contractors.
Our Solution
We built a WordPress platform with a custom theme that walks homeowners through a simple process (Plan, Bid, Build, Closeout) and presents fixed-fee planning packages for bathroom, kitchen and full-home remodels.
Behind the login, users can search properties and services on an interactive map, Airbnb-style, while contractors have their own area to join the network and receive pre-scoped projects.
