From challenge to working platform.
The Challenge
Managing commercial property involves far more than tracking rent. JADS Group needed one system covering both sides of leasing: prospective tenants who want to search properties, see details, send inquiries and move towards rental discussions; and a management team that handles properties, prospects, quotations, leases, invoices, payments, renewals and reports.
Our Solution
We built a central platform that combines public property discovery with the internal management workflow. A prospective tenant finds a property online and sends an inquiry; the team follows it up, discusses terms, prepares a quotation and moves the prospect to a formal lease.
Once the tenant is in, the same system manages the whole rental relationship: monthly rent, extra charges, payments, agreements, renewals and history.

Online search, inquiries and quotations
Prospective tenants browse available commercial properties and shops online and review the details before getting in touch, giving JADS Group a digital channel for new leasing inquiries.
Property managers track every inquiry and its status, then prepare rental quotations with the proposed terms, creating a structured path from first inquiry to commercial lease. When terms are accepted, the prospect becomes a tenant and their lease details are kept on record.
Monthly rent, invoices and payments
The platform handles recurring billing for active tenants: monthly rent invoices plus any additional bills or charges. Payment records across the whole tenancy make overdue rent easy to spot and follow up:

Renewals, history and reporting

We designed and developed the platform end to end: the public property discovery experience and the internal management system, including property management, inquiries, quotations, tenant conversion, leases, recurring invoicing, additional billing, payment tracking, renewals, history and reporting.
The platform digitises the complete commercial leasing lifecycle, from attracting prospective tenants to managing long-term rental relationships, all in one place instead of disconnected processes.
It improves operational efficiency, gives clear visibility of rental income and outstanding payments, and creates a structured process for turning property inquiries into long-term tenants.
